Kydex^® je špičková termoplastická slitina, původně navržená pro výrobu interiérů dopravních letadel, která se výborně hodí pro výrobu samosvorných pouzder. Díky svým unikátním vlastnostem se z ní při 150 stupních stane pohodlně ohebná “látka”, kterou lze pomocí kopyt a pěny tvarovat do potřebných tvarů. Z kydexu se vyrábí nepřeberné množství taktického vybavení, které je velmi oblíbené u ozbrojených složek díky výborné odolnosti a spolehlivosti tohoto materiálu.
